Who sets the MOHAP exam date
A MOHAP application normally starts with an employer. The facility raises the request on the ministry's e-services, your verification report is attached to it, and MOHAP rules on eligibility. The exam is then an appointment you make yourself with Prometric. The ministry does not publish sittings.
Centres approved for the MOHAP paper exist inside and outside the UAE, so the exam can usually be taken before you relocate. For planning, the MOHAP timeline on this site lists the exam step as: 1 – 2 weeks. Treat that as typical, not promised.
Booking the MOHAP exam, in order

Your employer raises the request
The hiring facility opens the application on MOHAP e-services in your name. Give them clean scans, because an error here delays everything after it.

Attach the Dataflow report
A recent report prepared for another UAE regulator can often be reused. An older one may need refreshing, which Dataflow will confirm.

MOHAP grants eligibility
This is the decision that opens booking. Until it is issued there is nothing to schedule.

Reserve the Prometric seat
Sign in to Prometric's website (or create an account), choose the programme for your regulator, then select a centre and one of the dates it shows as free. The exam fee is paid online at the same time.

Test day
Carry the same passport you registered with plus the appointment confirmation, and be at the centre about half an hour before your start time. Bags, phones and watches stay in a locker. The outcome is displayed when you finish, and licence issuance follows through your employer's request.

Does MOHAP announce exam sittings?
No. The MOHAP process has no national exam day. You reserve a Prometric appointment after eligibility is granted, and the dates on offer depend on the centre. Your Prometric account shows what is currently open.

Any MOHAP-authorised Prometric centre - UAE centres or international ones once your eligibility is issued.
