Who sets the NHRA exam date
Bahrain's regulator schedules nothing on your behalf. NHRA evaluates the file once verification is back, confirms that you may sit, and leaves the appointment to you: you reserve the assessment with Prometric from whatever slots are open.
The paper can be taken in Bahrain or at an approved centre abroad. For planning, the NHRA timeline on this site lists the exam step as: 2 – 4 weeks to book & sit. Treat that as typical, not promised.

Create the NHRA e-services file
The professional file sits on NHRA's e-services portal and is commonly opened with your employer's involvement.

Send in Dataflow verification
NHRA wants the full verification report before it evaluates anything, which makes this the step to start first.

NHRA confirms exam eligibility
After evaluating the verified file NHRA confirms whether, and for which title, you may sit.

Reserve the Prometric seat
Sign in to Prometric's website (or create an account), choose the programme for your regulator, then select a centre and one of the dates it shows as free. The exam fee is paid online at the same time.

Test day
Carry the same passport you registered with plus the appointment confirmation, and be at the centre about half an hour before your start time. Bags, phones and watches stay in a locker. The licence itself is issued once your employer completes the sponsorship side.
