Instead of applying to each job one at a time, you register once and our placement team matches your profile against every suitable opening at partner facilities in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait.
Employers see an anonymised summary: profession, specialty, years of experience, licence status and target country. Your name, contact details and CV are released only when an employer requests your full profile through us. You can join before you have a GCC licence; our licensing team runs your eligibility check, Dataflow and Prometric exam preparation in parallel with your placement.

What is the GCC medical talent pool?
A database of licensed and soon-to-be-licensed healthcare professionals that partner hospitals, clinics and recruitment teams across United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait search when they have a vacancy. You register once and your profile is matched against every suitable role instead of applying to each job separately.
Who can join the talent pool?
Doctors (general practitioners, specialists and consultants), dentists, nurses, midwives, pharmacists, physiotherapists, laboratory technicians, radiographers, anaesthesia technicians, dietitians and other allied health professionals with a recognised qualification. You do not need a GCC licence yet: many candidates join while they are still preparing for their Prometric exam.
How much does it cost to join?
The one-time joining fee is $99.99 for consultants and specialists, $49.99 for general practitioners and general dentists, and $33.99 for nurses, allied health and technical roles. It is shown before checkout and there is no monthly charge.
How quickly will I hear from an employer?
Profiles are reviewed within 24 hours. How soon an employer contacts you depends on demand for your specialty and target country; nursing, general practice, emergency medicine and radiology candidates are usually approached first. Your My Applications page lists every employer your profile has been shared with.
Does joining guarantee me a job?
No. We introduce your profile to employers, but interview and hiring decisions are theirs, and vacancies can close or change at any time. What joining does is keep your profile in front of recruiters whenever a matching post opens, without applying one by one.
Is my personal information shared publicly?
No. Employers see an anonymised summary (profession, specialty, years of experience, licence status and target country). Your name, contact details and CV are released only to an employer who requests your full profile through us.
Can I join if I have not passed my Prometric exam yet?
Yes. Tell us your exam status in the profile. Employers often shortlist candidates who are in the licensing process, and our team can guide you through eligibility, Dataflow and exam booking in parallel.
Which countries hire from the talent pool?
United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait. You choose one or more target countries in your profile, and you can change them at any time from your account.
