Answers before you get started

Practical answers about using our eligibility check, practice exams, consultations and talent pool — plus how accounts, payments and your personal data are handled.

Getting started

I am new to Gulf licensing. What should I do first?

Begin with the eligibility check. You enter your profession, qualification, country of training and experience, and it compares them with the published requirements of the Gulf health authorities. The result shows the professional title you are likely to be classified under and whether a licensing exam applies to you, which tells you what to prepare for next.

Is the eligibility result an official decision?

No. It is guidance produced from the details you enter and from each authority's published rules. Only the health authority itself can confirm your title or grant a licence, and it does so after reviewing your verified documents. Treat the assessment as a well-informed starting point, not as an approval.

Which professions do you work with?

Physicians, dentists, nurses and midwives, pharmacists and allied health professionals such as physiotherapists and laboratory or radiology staff. If you are unsure whether your role is covered, compare the authorities or send us a message with your qualification.

Can I speak to someone before I commit to anything?

Yes. You can book a one-to-one consultation call at a time that suits you. The length of the call and its fee are shown on the booking form before you pay, and you receive a confirmation email once the slot is reserved. For short questions, the contact form is free to use.

Practice exams

How do the practice exams work?

Browse the exam library, pick the paper that matches your authority and specialty, and enrol. Enrolled exams appear under My Exams in your account, where you can attempt them in your browser and review your answers and score afterwards. You need a free account so that your progress can be saved.

Are your practice questions the same as the real exam?

No. They are study material written to reflect the style and subject areas of Gulf licensing exams. They are not copies of any real paper, and a good practice score does not guarantee a pass on the day. Use them to find weak areas and to get used to answering under exam conditions.

Do you offer anything for oral assessments?

Yes. Our AI oral exam practice lets you rehearse by voice: an AI examiner presents a clinical case, asks you questions aloud, follows up on what you say and gives you a scored summary at the end. It is a rehearsal tool and is not connected to any authority's real assessment.

I want structured, personal coaching rather than self-study. Is that possible?

Yes. The licensing training programme pairs you with a mentor for one-to-one sessions over several months. The monthly price and the number of payments are shown on the booking page before you subscribe.

Talent pool and jobs

What happens after I join the talent pool?

You complete a candidate profile, upload your CV and pay a one-time joining fee, which depends on your professional title and is displayed before checkout. Our team then prepares your profile and puts it forward to healthcare employers with suitable openings. Your My Applications page lists each employer your profile has been shared with.

Does joining the talent pool guarantee me a job?

No. We introduce your profile to employers, but interview and hiring decisions belong to them, and vacancies can close or change at any time. What joining does is save you from applying to each role separately and keep your profile in front of recruiters when a matching post opens.

Can I look at vacancies without joining?

Yes. The jobs board is open to everyone and lists current healthcare roles in the Gulf. Open a listing to see the details of the role.

Accounts, payments and privacy

I signed up but cannot sign in. What went wrong?

New accounts must confirm their email address first. Look for our confirmation message, including in your spam folder, and click the link inside. If the link has expired, try to sign in and use the option to resend the confirmation email.

How do I pay, and is it secure?

All card payments go through Stripe. You type your card details on Stripe's secure page, so they are never stored on our servers. The price and currency are always shown before you confirm, and a receipt is emailed to you afterwards.

What is your refund policy?

Refund requests are reviewed individually, taking into account what you bought, whether digital content has already been opened and how much work has been done. Fees already paid to an authority or exam provider follow that organisation's own rules. The details are in our terms and conditions.

What do you do with my documents and personal details?

We use them only to deliver the service you asked for, and we share them with an authority or an employer only when that service requires it. We do not sell personal data, and you can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time. The full explanation is in our privacy policy.

Where are you based, and do I need to visit in person?

Our team is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, but everything we offer is delivered online, so there is no need to travel to us. Eligibility checks, practice exams, consultations, training sessions and document uploads all happen through this website. To reach a person, use the contact page.
