Terms & Conditions
The rules for using prometricmedical.com: accounts, exam-preparation content, bookings, licensing support, the talent pool, payments and refunds.
Effective from 18 September 2026.
Please read these Terms & Conditions before using www.prometricmedical.com, our mobile app or any service offered by Prometric Medical Consultancy ("Prometric Medical", "we", "our"). You agree to them when you open an account, send us a form, make a booking or pay for anything on the site. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. The services
We offer support to healthcare professionals seeking to work in the Gulf region, including:
- an online eligibility check and assessment report;
- practice question banks and mock exams for licensing examinations;
- AI-assisted oral exam practice;
- paid consultations and one-to-one licensing training;
- help preparing and progressing licensing applications;
- a talent pool through which candidate profiles are introduced to healthcare employers, and a listing of open vacancies.
We may add, change or withdraw a service. If a change affects something you have already paid for, we will contact you about it.
3. No guarantee of licensing, exam or employment outcomes
We are an independent consultancy. We are not a health authority, a credential verification body or an examination provider; we do not issue licences, set pass marks or make hiring decisions. Those decisions are taken by the relevant authority, exam provider or employer, under rules that can change without notice.
Accordingly, nothing on this site is a promise that you will be found eligible, pass an examination, be granted a licence or a visa, or receive a job offer, and any timeframe we mention is an estimate only. Eligibility results produced by our online tools are guidance based on the information you enter and on published requirements as we understand them; the final decision always rests with the authority concerned.
4. Your account
Give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date. You may be asked to confirm your email address before you can sign in. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account — and tell us promptly if you suspect someone else is using it. One account is for one person.
5. Information and documents you provide
You are responsible for making sure that everything you submit to us is true, complete and belongs to you. Health authorities treat forged or altered documents extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe a document is not genuine we may stop work on your file, and we may be obliged to report it.
When you ask us to assist with a licensing application, you authorise us to use the information and documents you supply for that purpose, including passing them to the authority, verification body or exam provider involved.
6. Prices and payment
The price of each service, and the currency it is charged in, is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details. Your bank may add conversion or transaction charges that are outside our control.
Fees charged by third parties — for example authority application fees, credential verification fees and examination booking fees — are not included in our prices unless we say so explicitly, and are set by those third parties.
Where a service is billed in instalments or as a subscription, the checkout states the amount and the number of charges before you confirm. You can stop future charges using the link in your receipt or by emailing us.
7. Refunds
We deal with refund requests individually. When deciding, we consider what was purchased, whether digital content has already been accessed, how much work has already been carried out for you, and any amounts already paid on to third parties. Fees that have been paid to an authority, verification body or exam provider are subject to that organisation's own refund rules. An unsuccessful application or exam attempt does not by itself entitle you to a refund, because our fee is for the work and materials provided rather than for the result.
To ask for a refund, email info@prometricmedical.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Nothing in this section removes any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
8. Licence to use our exam-preparation content
When you buy or are given access to a question bank, mock exam, explanation, study guide or oral-exam practice session, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use that content for your own exam preparation for as long as your access to it remains active.
You must not:
- share your login or let anyone else use your access;
- copy, record, screenshot in bulk, scrape, download or republish questions, answers or explanations;
- resell the content or use it to build a competing product or to train software;
- use automated tools to access the exam platform.
Our practice material is written for study purposes. It is not a copy of any real examination paper, and performing well in practice is not a prediction of your result in a real exam. We may suspend access, without refund, if this licence is breached.
9. Referral codes and discounts
From time to time we offer referral codes and promotional discounts. The benefit is the one displayed on the site when the code is used. Codes are for genuine referrals: they may not be applied to your own purchases, published on coupon sites or generated through automated or duplicate accounts. We may cancel a code and any benefit obtained by misusing it.
10. Talent pool and vacancies
Joining the talent pool means you ask us to present your professional profile to healthcare employers. We introduce candidates; we are not your employer and are not a party to any employment contract you later sign. Vacancies displayed on the site come from employers and other sources and may be changed, filled or withdrawn at any time, so we cannot guarantee that a listed role is still open.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, do not try to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to use; do not interfere with the site's security or performance; do not upload harmful code or unlawful material; do not submit forms using false identities or automated scripts; and do not use the site to send unsolicited messages.
12. Intellectual property
All text, question banks, guides, tools, graphics, logos and software on the site belong to us or to our licensors. Apart from the licence in section 8 and ordinary personal browsing, nothing may be reproduced or redistributed without our written consent. Names and marks of health authorities, exam providers and other organisations mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.
13. Information on the site
Licensing rules, fees and procedures change frequently. We work to keep our guides, calculators and blog accurate, but they are general information and not a substitute for the official requirements published by the authority you are applying to. Please confirm critical details with the authority before acting on them.
14. Our responsibility to you
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made by authorities, exam providers or employers, for delays caused by them, or for indirect or consequential losses such as lost earnings or a missed job opportunity; and our total liability arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We do not exclude any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
15. Suspension and closing your account
You may stop using the site and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used fraudulently, and we will normally explain why. Closing an account does not cancel amounts already owed.
16. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current edition, with its version number and effective date, is always the one published on this page. If a change is significant we will notify account holders by email.
17. Governing law and disputes
Governing law and the courts or forum with jurisdiction over disputes: [to be completed by the company].
Before starting any formal process, please contact us so that we have the chance to put things right.
