Short answer: yes, the DHA, MOHAP, SCFHS, QCHP, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait exams can be booked at Prometric centres outside the Gulf, including in these five countries. The question paper, time limit and pass mark are identical everywhere. The list of centres changes, so the Prometric scheduler is the final word.

Which specialties can be tested in Turkey?
All of them. A Prometric centre does not hold "its own" list of specialties: once the authority issues your eligibility number, the paper for your title — nursing, general practice, any physician specialty, dentistry, pharmacy, laboratory, radiography, physiotherapy — is delivered to whichever centre you book. What limits you is seat availability on a given date, not the subject. The same applies in Jordan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.
Two exceptions to know about:
- DOH (Abu Dhabi) uses Pearson VUE rather than Prometric, with its own centres (DOH guide).
- Oral, clinical and interview assessments — consultant panels and some practical assessments — are held by the authority itself, usually in the Gulf or online, not at a test centre.
Can the Saudi Prometric exam be taken in Turkey?
Yes, when the SCFHS programme shows Turkish centres in the scheduler for your exam. SCFHS opens international delivery for its licensing exams, including the SMLE, at Prometric centres worldwide (SMLE guide). If no Turkish seat appears, widen the search to Amman or the Gulf rather than waiting: availability is decided by seat capacity and changes week to week.

Country notes
- Sri Lanka: one city, so seats go quickly when Gulf recruiters run nursing campaigns. South Indian centres are a short flight away and have far more capacity.
- Bangladesh: Dhaka serves the whole country. Certificates from the State Medical Faculty and the nursing council are verified through DataFlow before eligibility is issued, which is usually the slower step (guide for Bangladeshi, Nepali and Sri Lankan candidates).
- Nepal: a small centre in Kathmandu; pay with a card enabled for US-dollar transactions.
- Jordan: Amman also serves candidates from Syria, Iraq, Lebanon and Palestine (guide for Jordanian candidates).
- Turkey: used by Turkish graduates and by the many Arab doctors who trained or live there. Check that the name on your residence permit or passport matches your eligibility exactly.
On the day
