Step 1: Create your Sheryan account
- Register as an individual professional, not as a facility.
- Use the exact name spelling from your passport. Sheryan, DataFlow and Prometric all compare names; a mismatch is the most common cause of a "verification failed" flag.
- Use a personal email you will keep for years — DHA correspondence about renewals and CME comes to it.
- Never create a second account if you forget your password; duplicate profiles are merged manually and can take weeks.
Step 2: Run the self-assessment tool
Before any fee, Sheryan lets you enter your profession, qualification, country of training and years of experience and tells you the title you appear to qualify for (Registered Nurse, General Practitioner, Specialist, Consultant, technician grades). It is indicative, not binding, but it is the fastest way to discover that you are short of the two-year experience rule or that your diploma is below the required length. Step 3: Apply for Primary Source Verification (PSV)
DHA requires DataFlow PSV of your qualification, licence and experience. From Sheryan you open a new application → PSV, upload documents and pay the DataFlow fee; the report comes back into Sheryan in 4–8 weeks. Documents you will need:
- Passport and photo
- Degree / diploma certificate and transcript
- Current home-country licence or registration

Step 4: Apply for the assessment (exam)
Once PSV is positive, open a new licence application, select your title and specialty, and submit. DHA reviews the file and either issues an assessment eligibility letter or asks for more information. Step 5: Eligibility letter
After you pass, DHA issues an eligibility letter in Sheryan — valid for roughly a year — confirming you are approved to be licensed under a title. This is the document recruiters ask for.
