MOHAP Exam Fees 2026: What the UAE Ministry of Health Prometric Exam, DataFlow, Evaluation and Licence Cost for Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists and Allied Health — in USD, Dirhams, Rupees and Pesos

The MOHAP (UAE Ministry of Health) Prometric exam costs roughly USD 180–240 per attempt — about AED 660–880 or INR 16,000–21,000. This guide itemises every MOHAP licensing fee for 2026 (evaluation, DataFlow, exam, licence), the specialist and consultant tiers, who usually pays, and why MOHAP is the cheapest UAE licence.

Short answer: the MOHAP Prometric exam fee is roughly USD 180–240 per attempt — about AED 660–880, INR 16,000–21,000, PKR 50,500–67,000 or PHP 10,500–13,500. It is paid by card when you book the seat. MOHAP is the least expensive of the three UAE licences.

When the employer covers evaluation and licence issuance — the normal arrangement — a candidate pays about USD 400–560 (DataFlow and exam). Paying every line yourself comes to USD 645–1,000. Compare DHA in DHA exam fees, DOH in DOH exam fees, and all eight Gulf regulators in Prometric fees for every GCC authority.

All figures are approximate 2026 ranges, converted at fixed rates (USD 1 = AED 3.67, INR 88, PKR 280, PHP 57). Authorities change fees without notice and your bank adds its own card charge, so confirm the amount on the official portal at the moment you pay.

DataFlow depends on the number of documents, not the profession. The standard file is four documents; each extra employer or qualification adds roughly USD 40–60. A DataFlow report already completed for DHA or DOH can often be partly reused, which lowers the cost. The licence fee calculator works out your exact total.

Who MOHAP licenses

MOHAP is the federal regulator. It licenses professionals working in federal government facilities and in the Northern Emirates (Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah), while Dubai has DHA, Abu Dhabi has DOH and Sharjah has its own authority for many facilities (SHA guide). If you are unsure which applies to your offer, read DHA vs MOHAP vs DOH.

When you pay each fee

  1. Evaluation request — raised by the employer on MOHAP e-services. 3–7 days.
  2. DataFlow — paid to DataFlow when the package is submitted. 5–8 weeks (DataFlow guide).
  3. Exam — paid to Prometric when you book, after eligibility is issued. Result on screen.
  4. Licence — paid after the pass. 1–2 weeks to issue.

Retakes and other costs

  • Retake: the full exam fee again (retake rules).
  • Reschedule: cheap well in advance, forfeited at the last minute (rescheduling).
  • Attestation of the degree for the UAE visa: USD 150–400.
  • Malpractice insurance at activation, usually arranged by the employer (malpractice insurance guide).

The full MOHAP route is on the MOHAP authority page and in the MOHAP licence guide; nurses should also read the MOH exam for nurses.
