Paying from India, Pakistan and Nepal
- Prometric charges in US dollars by international debit or credit card. The rupee amount on your statement will be a few percent higher than the conversions above.
- Cards issued in Pakistan and Nepal often have international payments switched off or capped. Ask the bank to enable online foreign-currency transactions before the day you book, because a seat is not held while a payment fails.
- Nepali candidates who cannot pay in dollars commonly use a relative's card abroad; the name on the card does not have to match the candidate.

How long is a DHA pass valid?
The eligibility letter is valid for around one year, and a licence must be activated by an employer within that period. If it lapses, you apply again. Do not sit the exam a year before you intend to move (validity rules).
