GCC Medical Talent Pool 2026: How It Works, the One-Time Fee for Nurses, Doctors and Allied Health, What Happens After You Register, and Who Should Join
How the Prometric Medical Consultancy GCC medical talent pool works in 2026: what you submit, the one-time joining fee by profession (USD 33.99 for nurses and allied health, 49.99 for GPs and general dentists, 99.99 for specialists and consultants), how profiles are matched to hospital vacancies in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, timelines, and who should and should not join.
Most Gulf hospital vacancies are filled from candidate databases before they are advertised. Recruiters search for a profile that already has the right title, verified documents and exam eligibility, and the first good match gets the call. The talent pool exists to put your profile in those searches. This page explains exactly how it works, what it costs and what you get, so you can decide whether it is for you.
What the talent pool is
A reviewed database of healthcare professionals, held by Prometric Medical Consultancy, that our placement team searches against live vacancies at partner hospitals and clinics in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Employers see an anonymised profile first and request the full profile through us. Your name and contact details are never published, and employers' names are released to you only once a match is made (why a talent pool matters).
How it works, step by step
- Register on the talent pool page: profession and title, qualification, registration, years of experience, specialty, target countries, and your CV.
- Pay the one-time joining fee at checkout. There is no monthly charge and nothing is charged until you choose to complete it.
- Review within 24 hours. Our team checks the profile for completeness, the right title and obvious document gaps, and tells you if something would block a hospital file.
- Matching. Your profile is compared with every live opening that fits it, now and as new vacancies arrive, not just once.
- Employer request. When a hospital wants to see more, it requests your full profile through us; we contact you before anything is shared.
- Interview and offer. We coordinate the interview, help you read the offer (what to check), and the employer opens the licensing file where the country requires it.
The joining fee
| Profession | One-time fee (USD) | INR | PKR | PHP |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nurses, midwives, allied health, technical roles | USD 33.99 | about INR 3,000 | about PKR 9,500 | about PHP 1,950 |
| General practitioners and general dentists | USD 49.99 | about INR 4,400 | about PKR 14,000 | about PHP 2,850 |
| Specialists and consultants | USD 99.99 | about INR 8,800 | about PKR 28,000 | about PHP 5,700 |
Fees are in US dollars and shown before checkout; home-currency figures use fixed rates (USD 1 = INR 88, PKR 280, PHP 57) and your card issuer sets the final conversion. There is no monthly or renewal charge.
Why a fee at all: it keeps the pool to candidates who are serious, which is what makes hospitals search it. It is a registration fee, not a placement fee; no candidate is ever charged a percentage of salary or a visa fee, and anyone asking you for one is not us (recruitment safety).
What you get
- Continuous matching against live vacancies in six countries, including roles that are never advertised.
- A profile review that flags title, experience or document problems before a hospital sees them.
- Employer requests coordinated through one point of contact, with your details released only with your consent.
- Interview coordination and offer guidance.
- Access to the live jobs board with the hospital named once you are registered.
Who should join, and who should wait
| Join now | Wait |
|---|---|
| You hold, or are about to hold, exam eligibility or a licence from any Gulf authority | You have under two years of experience after registration; most hospitals cannot license you yet (routes for fresh graduates) |
| Your documents are DataFlow-ready: dated experience letters, current registration, Good Standing within six months | Your experience letters have no dates or HR contacts; fix them first (format guide) |
| You are targeting Kuwait, Qatar or Oman, where the employer opens the file and the offer comes first | You have not checked whether your qualification is accepted; run the eligibility check first |
How long it takes
Review is within 24 hours. Time to a first employer request depends on your profession, title and target country: ICU, emergency and theatre nurses, GPs and in-demand specialists are usually contacted within weeks; rarer titles and single-country preferences take longer. Being exam-eligible is the single biggest accelerator, because it means the hospital can activate a licence within weeks of an offer. Profession and country demand pages: nurses, doctors, pharmacists, dentists, physiotherapists, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
Next steps
Run the eligibility check, get your documents in order with the documents checklist, write a Gulf-style CV (CV guide), then register on the talent pool page. If you still need to pass the exam, the question banks on the exams page are the fastest way to become the candidate hospitals look for.
