SCFHS Exam Practice Questions Online 2026: SMLE, SNLE, SPLE, SDLE and Allied Health Banks with Timed Mock Tests, Plus a Study Plan for Saudi Licensing

Where to practise online for the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties exams in 2026: which question bank matches SMLE, SNLE, SPLE, SDLE and the allied health classification exams, how the chaptered banks and three timed mocks work, the scaled pass mark, a study plan, and the cost in SAR, INR, PKR and EGP.

Saudi Arabia's licensing exams have their own names, and candidates often search for "SMLE question bank" or "SNLE practice questions" without realising that these are the same Prometric-delivered papers, built on the same professional blueprints, as the other Gulf exams. This guide maps each SCFHS exam to the right bank, explains the scaled scoring, and gives a plan.

Which SCFHS exam, which bank

Each exam has its own guide: SMLE, SNLE, SPLE and SDLE. Specialists are classified through Mumaris+ and may be exempt or sent to a specialty assessment (classification explained).

What makes the SCFHS papers different

  • Scaled scoring. SCFHS reports a scaled score rather than a raw percentage, and the SMLE in particular is considered the most demanding of the Gulf physician papers. Aim well clear of the usual 60% benchmark on mocks.
  • Breadth. The SMLE covers internal medicine, surgery, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, psychiatry, emergency and community medicine at independent-practitioner level.
  • Order of events. You sit the exam after Mumaris+ classification and DataFlow, not before (Mumaris+ step by step).
  • Attempts. SCFHS limits attempts within an eligibility period, so a failed sitting is expensive in time, not just fees.

How the banks work

Every bank is chaptered to the blueprint with a detailed explanation on each question, includes three full-length timed mock papers drawn from the whole bank, and gives unlimited retries for three months. Chapter 1 of each exam is a free 15-question preview, no card required, so you can judge the style against the SCFHS candidate handbook before you pay.

An eight-week SMLE plan

WeeksFocus
1 to 2Internal medicine chapters, 50 questions a day, error log by system
3Surgery and emergency medicine
4Paediatrics and obstetrics and gynaecology. Mock 1
5Psychiatry, community medicine, ethics; weakest three domains from mock 1
6Second pass on wrong answers. Mock 2
7High-yield lists (GP high-yield topics), guidelines check
8Mock 3 four days out, error log review, rest

Nurses, pharmacists and dentists can compress this to six weeks using the same shape; the 30-day plan is the minimum version.

The exam itself costs about USD 200 to 320 per attempt (SCFHS exam fees), and a failed attempt also burns part of your eligibility window.

Frequently asked questions

Is the SMLE the same as the Prometric exam?

The SMLE is the SCFHS licensing exam for doctors, delivered by Prometric. "Saudi Prometric exam for doctors" and "SMLE" mean the same paper.

Which question bank is best for the SNLE?

A Registered Nurse bank written to the RNT0312 blueprint with explanations and timed mocks. The Saudi nursing paper follows the same blueprint as the other Gulf nursing exams.

What is the SCFHS pass mark?

SCFHS uses a scaled score; around 60% is the usual benchmark, and your report states pass or fail.

Can I practise for SCFHS exams for free?

Yes, chapter 1 of every bank is free with explanations, and there are free sample question articles for each profession.

How many attempts does SCFHS allow?

A limited number within each eligibility period, so read retake rules before you book a second sitting.
