Prometric Exam Fee in India, Pakistan and the Philippines 2026: What DHA, MOHAP, DOH, SCFHS, QCHP, Oman and Kuwait Exams Cost in Rupees and Pesos, and How to Pay

The Prometric exam fee is set by the Gulf authority, not by the country you sit in: USD 180–320 per attempt, which is about INR 16,000–28,000, PKR 50,500–89,500 or PHP 10,500–18,000. This guide lists the fee for every authority in rupees and pesos for 2026 and explains card payments, taxes and what agents may and may not charge.

Short answer: the exam costs the same wherever you sit. The Gulf authority sets the fee in US dollars, and a centre in Kochi, Lahore or Manila charges exactly what a centre in Dubai charges. What changes is the exchange rate and your bank's fee.

All figures are approximate 2026 ranges, converted at fixed rates (USD 1 = INR 88, PKR 280, PHP 57). Authorities change fees without notice and your bank adds its own card charge, so confirm the amount on the official portal at the moment you pay.

Per-authority breakdowns: DHA, DOH, SCFHS, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait.

The exam is about a third of the total

Add DataFlow verification at USD 220–340 — about INR 19,500–30,000, PKR 61,500–95,000 or PHP 12,500–19,500 — and the authority's application or classification fee. A nurse applying to one authority should budget a total of roughly USD 450–650 before a job offer: about INR 39,500–57,000, PKR 126,000–182,000 or PHP 25,500–37,000. The fee calculator does this for your profession and currency.

Paying from India

  • Payment is by international credit or debit card on the Prometric website. Many Indian debit cards need international usage switched on in the bank's app first.
  • Banks add a foreign-currency mark-up, typically 2–3.5%, plus tax on that mark-up.
  • Centres in Kerala fill weeks ahead during recruitment campaigns; book as soon as eligibility arrives (guide for Indian candidates).

Paying from Pakistan

  • Card limits on foreign-currency transactions are common. Confirm your limit covers the fee in one transaction, and ask the bank to enable e-commerce payments abroad.
  • Centres are in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad (guide for Pakistani candidates).

Paying from the Philippines

  • Most debit and credit cards work. E-wallet virtual cards are accepted by some candidates' experience but fail more often; use a bank card where possible.
  • Licensed recruitment agencies may not charge nurses a placement fee for many Gulf government posts. An "exam fee" several times the amounts above is a warning sign; ask for the Prometric receipt (guide for Filipino nurses).

Agents and "package" prices

Agents sell packages that combine DataFlow, the exam fee and their service charge. There is nothing wrong with paying for help, but know the official cost first so you can see the service charge for what it is. Every official fee is paid online and produces a receipt in your name.
